Send us your original digital files and we'll remove any blemishes for you with our high quality
retouching service. Each image is assessed and retouched individually to get the best result.
We do not employ automated workflows and filters that produce 40 'retouched' images in 2 minutes.
A web-sized proof image will be emailed to you for approval and the full resolution retouched
image will then emailed to you after payment has cleared. An A4 sized image at 240dpi - 300dpi
will typically be £20. Typical turnround time is 2 - 3 days but an express service can usually be
arranged at additional cost. If you have a more artistic vision you'd like matched,
send us your image and the target image and we'll see what we can do.
Obviously the more work involved the higher the fee.
Restoration
Having survived 40, 50 or even 100 years we don't want you to send us your precious family photos
and risk them being lost or damaged in the postal system. Instead, scan them at high resolution
( 300dpi is fine ), either at home or one of the numerous photographic shops or chemists offering
the service, and send us the digital file as a jpeg. You can send a lower resolution file
in the first instance to get a quotation for the work. When you're happy with the price,
email us the full resolution file so we can do the restoration work. A web-sized proof image will then
be emailed to you for approval and the full resolution restored image emailed to you after payment
has cleared. Typical turnround time is 3 days but an express service can usually be
arranged at additional cost.
